With the fresh aroma of our newly scored Japanese Hinoki, Fennel and distilled Petitgrain this after cleansing toning experience does not leave skin feeling tight and dry, only toned and mousturize. 
 
This special toner wakes and tones our lazy & tired skin cells to brighten & soothe like a healthy "pat" before  you layer with a face oil, cream, or serum.

To use: Soak a cotton ball with a dropperful or two  and  apply lightly but thoroughly all over freshly cleaned face and neck.  Give it a minute before  applying your oil or cream. Best done morning & night.
