P A C K A G I N G

Our guiding principles for the choice of packaging for the products is to choose those that will keep BFan products quality safe & protected, and those that are most earth-considerate: biodegradable, waste-reducing, reusable, energy-reducing packaging. 

 

At BODYFOOD all-natural, we put you first through our choice of raw materials & ingredients, but we admittedly put product quality preservation and earth first before your convenience when it comes to packaging. This means there may be a slight inconvenience and adjustment to the use of these, a small price to pay we hope (and are unwilling to change) for our love for the environment. 

 

We encourage our customers to reuse the bottles our products come in and send them back to our workshop for refilling.

P A Y M E N T  M E T H O D

We accept payments through the following channels:

  • Xendit (for orders through made through the website). This platform accepts the following payments:

    • GCash​

    • Paymaya

    • Grab Pay

    • Credit and Debit Cards

    • Over-the-counter payments through 7-11 & M Lhuillier

  • BPI Cash Deposit or Bank Transfer (for assisted orders)

  • GCash (for assisted orders)

 

For assisted orders (orders filled up for you by our staff), Bank and GCash details along with a BPI QR code will be given to you through an email/IG/FB message once you have checked out.

D E L I V E R Y  &  S H I P P I N G  D A Y S

Please be guided by our delivery/pick-up schedule below:
 

  • ECOSHIP

    • Orders paid between Friday to Monday are scheduled for pick-up on Wednesday.

    • Orders paid between Tuesday to Thursday are scheduled for pick-up on Saturday.

  • GOGO XPRESS

    • Orders paid between Saturday to Monday are scheduled for pick-up on Tuesday.

    • Orders paid between Tuesday to Wednesday are scheduled for pick-up on Thursday.

    • Orders paid between Thursday to Friday are scheduled for pick-up on Saturday.

  • Customers who request that they pick-up their orders must wait for a text/Viber message from us to know when it is ready at the pick-up location.

S H I P P I N G

​We ship our BODYFOOD goodies to our customers through our EcoShip partners, another local courier, or through LBC depending on the location of their shipping address. 

  • NCR Only – EcoShip riders will deliver your parcel to your doorstep. Our flat rate for this courier is P 120.

  • CALABARZON – A local courier service will be booked. The delivery fee will vary depending on your location.

  • Luzon – A local courier service may be booked if reachable, but we will ship through GoGO Xpress for areas outside of the area coverage charged at a minimum of P 200. Excess charges will be communicated with you should your package size exceed this.

  • Visayas and Mindanao – GoGo Xpress for areas outside of the coverage of Metro Manila charged at a minimum of P 200. Excess charges will be communicated with you should your package size exceed this.

R E T U R N S  &  R E F U N D S

Returns and refunds are not a practice at BODYFooD, instead, replacements are accommodated should there be a good reason for us to offer this.  Since we try to stay away from plastic bottles and plastic wraps as much as possible, we do our best to securely wrap items with eco-friendly materials such as cardboard and several layers of paper. This is also the reason we have opted for same day services for those that may access this. However, there are still chances that an amber bottle or other items may break when handled by the courier or during transit. In the event your items arrive broken, please reach us about this replacement of your items.
